6 x sessions package - in person or video call coaching.

We use this sequence of transformational sessions to work on the key goals and topics we have identified in an initial consultation call. We have time to explore further around what is going on for you and what you want to be going on! We will talk about values, thoughts, beliefs, assumptions, fears and behaviours. We talk about how to start making changes in an achievable and realistic way, co-designing and setting helpful goals and targets. We identify obstacles and create strategies that are right for you to overcome them.

The six session format is most effective when completed in a shorter time frame e.g. with weekly or, at most, fortnightly contact. We can identify a specific time slot that works for you or, if your schedule is more variable, work out appointments on a week-by-week basis.

The recipient of the voucher will need to contact tanya@ellipsiscoaching.com to book in a free initial consultation call, to discuss the focus for the coaching and get their first session booked in.

The recipient of the voucher will be asked who bought them the gift voucher - so I can match sessions against the payment made. If you wanted to keep this secret - let me know and I can do the match the other way around - let me know the recipients name at the time of the purchase and I will already have your details as the purchaser - so won’t need to ask them.
